The BM+O Partners Fund is a mutual fund whose principal objective is long-term capital appreciation consistent with the preservation of capital. The Partners Fund invests primarily in common stocks and seeks to maintain a reasonably concentrated investment portfolio. We engage in intensive fundamental research in order to identify high-quality businesses and exercise valuation discipline in the construction of the portfolio.
The Partners Fund was originally established in April 1991 as a commingled fund and converted into a mutual fund in December 2009. The Partners Fund is a series of the Forum Funds Trust, an open-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Beck Mack + Oliver is the investment adviser to the Partners Fund.
